Position:Production Supervisor
Location: Panoli
Industry: Agrochemical
Key Responsibilities
- FFS Machine Operations: Strong knowledge of FFS machines along with pouch and bottle packing processes.
- Production Planning & Execution:
- Execute production plans by coordinating equipment, raw material, and workforce requirements.
- Prioritize production based on sales orders and delivery deadlines, ensuring approval from Department Head / GM Operations / Plant Head.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain records in line with ISO and GMP guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch processes, and QA requirements.
- Manpower Management: Efficiently allocate manpower, oversee work distribution, and monitor performance.
- Job Work & Dispatch: Plan and manage job work, production scheduling, and dispatch to meet organizational goals.
- Training & Development: Provide regular training to the production team as per operational needs.
- Equipment & Maintenance:
- Manage validation and qualification activities for equipment.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance along with line clearance procedures.
- Ensure timely calibration of equipment as per defined schedules.
- Quality & Safety Compliance:
- Verify batch sheets against production plans and product specifications in coordination with QA.
- Handle change control and deviation processes as per quality standards.
- Monitor and implement measures to prevent cross-contamination.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with FFS machines, pouch, and bottle packing operations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP, SOP compliance, and batch record maintenance.
- Experience in production planning, manpower management, and maintenance activities.
- Good understanding of cross-contamination control measures.
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate with QA, maintenance, and operations departments.
