Job Summary
We are seeking an action- and results-driven Marketing Executive – Retail to join our team in Delhi. The role focuses on coordinating between Head Office and field teams in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, executing strategic initiatives, managing field reporting, and driving process and performance improvements.
The ideal candidate will excel at translating organizational strategies into actionable project plans, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the field and HO. This position reports to the Manager – Retail Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans and execute them in the field.
- Plan, execute, and scale both existing and new retail marketing initiatives.
- Manage communication and reporting with field teams in AP and Telangana.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Act as the link between Head Office and field staff for all critical communications and actions.
- Identify and implement process and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream; Marketing preferred.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with relevant experience in agriculture or retail marketing will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other computer applications.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Languages: English, Telugu (Mandatory), Hindi (Preferred)
