Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the local market. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all transactions are profitable and adhere to company guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products/services to prospective clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the Haryana market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary
₹5 to 7 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience.
