Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Madhya Pradesh (MP). This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the entire regional sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals and market share growth.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the company’s presence and distribution network across the region.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasts and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and other partners.
- Budgeting: Manage the regional sales budget efficiently, ensuring all activities are aligned with financial targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 15-25 years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Experience in the agricultural or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Location: Based in Madhya Pradesh.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary
- Salary: ₹12 – ₹18 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
