The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including managing the full recruitment cycle, handling performance improvement plans (PIPs), and overseeing critical administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting both management and employees

- Salary: Up to ₹10 Lakhs per annum

Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offer letters.
- Performance Management: Administer and track performance improvement plans (PIPs), working with managers to ensure clear communication and documentation.
- Probation & Confirmation: Oversee the probation period for new hires, including scheduling and tracking review meetings, and processing confirmation of employment.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Arrange and schedule various meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other business units as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the recruitment process and performance management procedures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
