We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Details:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in a customer service or support role.
  • Salary: ₹3 – 4 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide exceptional service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer care or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive, patient attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
