Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information and solutions.
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide exceptional service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer care or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive, patient attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
