We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Panoli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of critical plant equipment, ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely. This role requires a strong technical background and a proactive approach to maintenance within the agro-chemical or chemical industry.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of machinery, including RVPD (Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer), ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer), Chiller, Nitrogen Plant, and Centrifuge.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform necessary repairs to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, and ensure all maintenance work meets company and regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
- Must be from an Agrochemical or Chemical company.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with the equipment listed above (RVPD, ANFD, Chiller, Nitrogen Plant, and Centrifuge).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
