Job description
• Drive sales of home loan products through direct and indirect channels (developers, DSAs, connectors, etc.).
• Identify, acquire, and build relationships with potential customers for home loan requirements.
• Generate leads from multiple sources including real estate developers, property consultants, and referrals.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing, approvals, and disbursements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during the sales process.
• Provide guidance and support to customers in understanding loan eligibility, documentation, and financial planning.
• Maintain healthy business relations with channel partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.
