We are looking for a skilled and organized Dispatch Officer to join our team in Panoli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all domestic dispatch and stock transfer operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. This role requires strong coordination skills and a solid understanding of logistics and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Domestic Dispatch: Manage all domestic dispatch and stock transfers efficiently.
- Documentation: Prepare essential documents, including tax invoices and E-Way bills for both domestic and export shipments.
- Sales & Stock Management: Create sales orders and Stock Transfer Orders (STO) within the system.
- Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing them with timely dispatch details. Coordinate with transporters to ensure smooth logistics.
- Reporting: Prepare daily dispatch and sales reports to track and monitor performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in dispatch or a similar logistics role.
- Proven knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Must have knowledge of SAP.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High level of attention to detail for documentation.
