We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth and managing the entire sales cycle for our Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Partner Acquisition: Generate leads for LAP and build strong relationships with Direct Sales Associates (DSAs) and other channel partners to drive business.
- Sales Management: Oversee the entire loan process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience. You’ll be expected to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand client needs to provide tailored loan solutions and maintain long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis: Keep up with market trends and competitor activities to help develop and refine our sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail loans, specifically in the mortgage sector, with a proven track record of managing business through DSAs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Personal Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
