The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in agrochemical sales, with proven success in leading high-performing teams, expanding market share, and building strong client relationships across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets in Maharashtra.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier sales team, fostering accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, building strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and large-scale farmers.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust sales strategies proactively.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, prepare reports for senior management, and ensure all sales activities align with company goals.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 15+ years in agrochemical sales, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Location: Based in Pune, willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Expertise: Proven track record in sales leadership and deep knowledge of the Maharashtra agrochemical market.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
