The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven record of optimizing networks, reducing costs, and driving operational efficiency in the agrochemical or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy for North India, aligned with company objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of logistics professionals, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution of agrochemical products.
Operational Excellence: Optimize logistics processes using best practices and technology to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable service.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 15+ years in logistics and supply chain management, with 5+ years in leadership roles within the agrochemical or related industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in logistics software and ERP systems.
