We are hiring a State Head – Sales job in Rajasthan for a leading livestock nutrition company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven leader with 5–7 years of experience in cattle feed sales. This role involves driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships across Rajasthan, Haryana, and Western UP.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding institutional sales in the region.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the market.
Performance Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide actionable feedback to the leadership team on product performance and market opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–7 years in cattle feed sales with a proven record of success.
- Leadership: Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of livestock nutrition and feed industry trends is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agro Marketing, or a related field.
