A leading producer of high-quality livestock feed is seeking an experienced QC Head to join our team in Neemrana. We specialize in delivering nutritious and cost-effective feed through fully automated production and stringent quality control measures.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position. As QC Head, you will ensure that all our feed products meet the highest quality standards across the production line.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Design, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems and documentation to maintain strict quality norms.
- Chemical Analysis: Conduct wet chemical analysis of raw materials and finished feed products.
- Lab Operations: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to perform comprehensive quality control tests.
- Sample Testing: Analyze samples to verify safety, nutritional value, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Laboratory Technician or QC professional in the Cattle or Poultry Feed industry.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in laboratory equipment and strong analytical abilities.
- Quality Control Knowledge: Deep understanding of quality control principles and commitment to accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields.
- Industry Insight: Familiarity with feed production processes is a plus.
