Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Travel Sales Operators to join our growing team. The role involves selling domestic and international travel packages, handling client queries, and creating customized itineraries. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell domestic & international travel packages to clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries efficiently.
- Create and customize travel itineraries based on client needs and budgets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail clients.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat and referral business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1 to 10 years in travel sales or operations.
- Strong knowledge of international & domestic destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems (preferred).
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
Salary Range:
- Junior Level: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Senior Level: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month
- Manager Level: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month
(Salary is based on experience and performance.)
