Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Branding & Content: Oversee branding efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity. Manage content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external vendor relationships.
- Event Coordination: Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing effectiveness to senior management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience of 3–5+ years as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Mindset: Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
