Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Assistant Managers – Sales to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidates will have 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, particularly with a focus on RK tech-based products. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team, and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Direct & Field Sales: Actively engage in direct and field sales activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in both the B2B and B2C sectors.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to address client needs and overcome sales challenges.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong background in RK tech-based sales.
- Skills: Proven expertise in B2B and B2C sales, direct sales, and field sales. Strong management and leadership skills are essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
