Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior CRM Manager to oversee our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives within the real estate sector. This is a crucial role for a professional with at least 5+ years of experience who will be responsible for developing and executing effective CRM campaigns, managing customer databases, and enhancing customer retention to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. The Senior CRM Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to create a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy: Design and implement effective CRM strategies tailored for the real estate industry, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Customer Segmentation: Use CRM data to segment customers based on their behavior and preferences, enabling the creation of targeted and personalized campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

- CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various CRM platforms.
