Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Bouncer to ensure the safety and security of our establishment in Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong ability to handle diverse situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor. This role requires excellent observational skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, checking for valid identification and ensuring compliance with entry policies.
- Patron Safety: Proactively identify and address potential security risks or disturbances.
- Conflict Resolution: De-escalate conflicts and handle unruly or disruptive patrons in a professional and non-violent manner.
- Emergency Response: Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents and security threats, by following established protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management and other staff members to ensure seamless operations and a safe environment.
- Reporting: Document and report any incidents, security breaches, or suspicious activities to management.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure all patrons and staff adhere to the establishment’s policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Bouncer or in a similar security role.
- Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods and respond to physical situations if necessary.
- Skills: Strong conflict resolution and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with safety procedures and local security regulations.
- Professionalism: A professional and respectful demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
Location: Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
