Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payment Collection Executive to join our team in Barakhamba, Connaught Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing payment collections, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and resolve outstanding dues. This role is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow and will involve direct interaction with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Contact clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collection Management: Manage the collection process for a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective recovery of dues.
- Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries and disputes related to invoices and payments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, communications, and payment statuses.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and key performance indicators to management.
- Payment Processing: Assist clients with payment processing and provide guidance on various payment methods.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a payment collection or accounts receivable role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a persistent approach.
- Technical: Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with accounting software is preferred.

- Salary Range: ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 per month.
