Balaji Consultants is hiring for one of our esteemed clients in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals in solar panel sales, with opportunities available at both Executive and Senior Management levels.
Salary Range
- Executive (Junior Level): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Senior Level: ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of solar panels and energy solutions
- Manage client relationships, inquiries, and business development
- Identify new opportunities in the solar market and achieve sales targets
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide complete support in pre-sales and post-sales activities
Requirements
- Experience in the solar industry is mandatory (only candidates who have worked in solar plants will be considered)
- Proven track record in solar panel sales/business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively
