About the Role

We are hiring Data Entry Operators for our offices in Laxmi Nagar (Delhi) and Mumbai (Santacruz). The ideal candidate should have a good typing speed, knowledge of MS Excel, and 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry or back-office operations. This is a full-time on-site job, suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented and efficient in handling large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update accurate data into company databases and systems.
• Maintain and manage records with attention to detail and zero errors.
• Perform regular cross-checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Generate and update Excel sheets, reports, and other documentation.
• Support the back-office team with day-to-day data-related tasks.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while ensuring quality standards.

Required Skills

• Typing speed: Minimum 35–40 words per minute (with accuracy).
• MS Excel proficiency (formulas, formatting, basic data management).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: 1–2 years in data entry, back-office, or similar roles.
• Must be comfortable with on-site working (Laxmi Nagar or Mumbai office).
