Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and manage client acquisition for Business Loans / SME Loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Assess client financials, eligibility, and loan requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and processing of loan applications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage a small team of loan executives (if required) and provide guidance.
- Stay updated on latest loan products, policies, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6–7 years of proven experience in Business Loan Sales.
- Strong knowledge of DSA channel, NBFCs, and banking processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
