About the Role
A reputable company is looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales & Portfolio Manager – Dealer Finance to expand and manage its Dealer Finance business under Corporate Lending Group. The role demands strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, and Auto Dealership Financing with a focus on growth, relationship management, and maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development, client servicing, and portfolio management for dealer finance.
- Build and strengthen relationships with TML Sales Heads at Regional & State levels.
- Achieve sales targets for disbursements and ensure strong IRR (Internal Rate of Return).
- Manage dealer financing needs such as working capital funding, long-term capital expansion, inventory funding, and term loans.
- Correct mismatches in liability and cash flow management across approximately 450 TML dealerships.
Educational Qualification
- MBA in Marketing or Finance.
Desired Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in SME / MME funding.
- Exposure to auto dealership financing is a strong advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Financing Products (Inventory Funding, Term Loans, etc.)
- Good understanding of Balance Sheets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Retail Sales Teams.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Willingness to travel extensively at the regional level.
