Team Leader – Sales & Customer Service

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader with proven experience in managing telesales or customer service teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of on-paper Team Leader/Assistant Team Leader experience, with strong leadership, people management, and sales orientation skills.

This role involves handling outbound sales and inbound service processes while leading a team of 20+ agents.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 20+ agents in outbound sales and inbound service operations.
  • Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to improve agent productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with process requirements, quality standards, and SLAs.
  • Manage retention strategies to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Coordinate with HR and Operations to ensure smooth workforce management.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Experience: 1 year as Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader (on paper).
  • Industry Background (B2C Sales / Team Handling):
    • Health Insurance (Telesales / Sales & Team Handling)
    • Banking (Sales Manager / Customer Service)
    • E-commerce (Sales & Team Handling)
    • Telecom (Sales Planning & Retention)
    • BPO (Team Management)
  • Education: Graduation is mandatory.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand (based on current CTC).
  • Performance incentives as per company policies.

  • Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 Pm
