We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader with proven experience in managing telesales or customer service teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of on-paper Team Leader/Assistant Team Leader experience, with strong leadership, people management, and sales orientation skills.
This role involves handling outbound sales and inbound service processes while leading a team of 20+ agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ agents in outbound sales and inbound service operations.
- Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to improve agent productivity.
- Ensure compliance with process requirements, quality standards, and SLAs.
- Manage retention strategies to maintain a high-performing team.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations to ensure smooth workforce management.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Experience: 1 year as Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader (on paper).
- Industry Background (B2C Sales / Team Handling):
- Health Insurance (Telesales / Sales & Team Handling)
- Banking (Sales Manager / Customer Service)
- E-commerce (Sales & Team Handling)
- Telecom (Sales Planning & Retention)
- BPO (Team Management)
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand (based on current CTC).
