Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries effectively.
- Update and manage customer records in the database.
- Build trust and rapport with customers through excellent communication skills.
- Work closely with the team to meet daily/weekly call targets.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- For Hindi Executives (Female): Excellent command of Hindi language, with clear and polite communication.
- For English Executives (Male/Female): Strong spoken English skills with good grammar and fluency.
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in customer care, telesales, or call center roles (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple calls efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude, good listening skills, and customer-centric mindset.
