Openings: 20 (10 Hindi Callers & 10 English Callers)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries effectively.
  • Update and manage customer records in the database.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through excellent communication skills.
  • Work closely with the team to meet daily/weekly call targets.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • For Hindi Executives (Female): Excellent command of Hindi language, with clear and polite communication.
  • For English Executives (Male/Female): Strong spoken English skills with good grammar and fluency.
  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in customer care, telesales, or call center roles (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple calls efficiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, good listening skills, and customer-centric mindset.
