Job Description
Department: ACM Plant (Agrochemical Formulation)
Location: Saykha
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: 7-8 LPA (Based on experience)
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently operate and monitor the ACM machine in the formulation plant.
- Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation tasks.
- Perform housekeeping of the shop floor and maintain machinery.
- Set up machinery and ensure all required materials are available.
- Monitor production equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist floor in-charge and SAP technicians with stock/material updates.
- Coordinate with QC team to ensure 100% First Time Right (FTR) and zero failures.
- Ensure timely collection of lab analysis reports.
- Supervise and guide 2 contractual helpers for handling up to 25kg loads.
- Work safely with high-speed rotary machines.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company SOPs.
- Support management with additional duties as assigned.
- Uphold workplace safety, quality standards, and communication practices.
- Willingness to work in 8-hour/12-hour shifts and extended hours when required.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years, with proven ability to independently operate ACM machinery.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing machines, troubleshooting, and process control.
- Ability to identify and resolve process issues with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit to stand for long shifts and handle moderate lifting.
- Team-oriented, self-directed, and committed to safety and quality.
Education
- Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI / AOCP (Agrochemical Operators Course in Plant)
