Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Punjab. This senior position is responsible for driving sales growth, developing market strategies, and managing the sales team within the designated area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure the team meets its full potential.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand the company’s distribution and dealer network, and build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide accurate forecasts and make informed business decisions.
  • Operations: Manage the area sales budget efficiently and ensure all sales operations run smoothly and effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial role. Prior experience in a related industry is a plus.
  • Location: Based in Punjab.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
