Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage accounts, audits, taxation (Direct & Indirect), GST, and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Lead and guide the finance/accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor cost controls and contribute to overall financial strategy and growth.
- Support management with insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
- Experience: 10+ years in finance, accounts, and taxation (preferably in manufacturing / chemical / agrochemical industry).
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, audits, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP / ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
