Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Delhi

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Barakhamba, Connaught Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing customer relationships, driving client satisfaction, and fostering loyalty. This role requires a professional who is skilled in client interaction, problem-solving, and database management to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Utilize CRM software to track all customer interactions, record feedback, and maintain an updated client database.
  • Feedback & Strategy: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client needs are met and business objectives are achieved.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a CRM or in a similar client management position.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Salary & Location

  • Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience.
  • Location: Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, Delhi.
