Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Bikaji Cama Place. The ideal candidate will be a male professional with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role is crucial for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to expand our customer base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with customers.
  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize CRM software to track and analyze customer data, behavior, and preferences to develop targeted strategies.
  • Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborate with the sales team to expand the customer base.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention rates, and campaign performance to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Customer Relationship Management or similar role is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
  • Attributes: A results-driven, customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹65,000 per month.

Location: Bikaji Cama Place, Delhi
