EA/PA to Managing Director

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level support to our Director. Based in Barakhamba, the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative, personal, and professional tasks. This is a critical role for an experienced professional who can serve as a trusted partner and representative.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Calendar Management: Manage and organize the Director’s complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making all travel arrangements.
  • Communication Handling: Act as the primary point of contact and liaison. Manage all correspondence, including emails and calls, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Draft, proofread, and edit important documents, presentations, and reports. Ensure all records are organized and accessible.
  • Financial & Project Support: Process and manage expense reports and budgets. Assist in the coordination and execution of various business and personal projects and research initiatives.
  • Personal Assistance & Event Management: Provide personal assistance by handling errands, managing special occasions, and coordinating family matters. Attend and represent the Director at corporate and personal events as required.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle all sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive or director.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
