We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director. The ideal candidate will be based at our Nathupur office and will play a critical role in managing the Director’s schedule, communications, and administrative tasks. This position requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal and external stakeholders. Handle all correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Meeting Management: Plan and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas and taking detailed minutes. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination and management of various projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive or director.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Personal Attributes: High level of discretion and integrity. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
