Sales & Marketing Executive – FMCG

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The role involves promoting FMCG products, maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and expanding business across Delhi and other regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote existing FMCG brands and introduce new products to the market.
  • Keep customers informed about the latest products to increase sales of Aluminium Foils and Containers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular visits and engagement.
  • Generate new customer leads and sell to distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct market visits in Delhi and other states to identify potential clients and drive sales.
  • Monitor demand and supply to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize market data and trends to prepare business reports.
  • Create leads and expand distributor/retailer base for brands such as Home Fresh, Hot Pack, TAJ, and more.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales & marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Graduate in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel within and outside Delhi for market development.
