Job Description:
We are looking for a proficient HR cum Assistant with strong knowledge of MIS, Excel, and SAP to join our team in the agrochemical industry. The candidate will support HR operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR administrative tasks including employee records and documentation
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel and SAP systems
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Support recruitment process and employee onboarding
- Liaise with various departments to streamline HR operations
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in MIS reporting, advanced Excel skills, and SAP software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the agrochemical industry is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
