Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be based at our office in Gurugram Cyber City and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management. This role requires a professional who can drive key HR initiatives, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure our HR practices align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Talent Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee development.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and fair.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and handle all administrative HR tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a human resources management role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Location: Gurugram Cyber City
Salary: Up to ₹9 Lacs per annum
