About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager with 15–20 years of expertise across multiple insurance domains, including medical, life, product, machinery, and automobile. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of policy structures, comparative analysis, and proficiency in handling negotiations with insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage various insurance policies (medical, life, product, machinery, automobile, etc.)
- Conduct comparisons of available policies and advise on the most suitable options
- Negotiate terms, premiums, and benefits with insurance companies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
- Handle claims management, renewals, and risk assessment for the organization
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and brokers
Requirements
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector
- Strong knowledge of multiple insurance categories and policy frameworks
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Proven experience in managing insurance portfolios for organizations or clients
- Retired professionals with relevant background are encouraged to apply
