We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Loading/Unloading Supervisor to join our agrochemical technical team in Panoli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to the efficient and safe loading and unloading of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications.

- Salary: ₹3 – 4 Lakhs per annum

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise Operations: Directly oversee daily loading and unloading activities for trucks and containers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all procedures and protocols for safe material handling are strictly followed to prevent accidents and damage to products.
- Inventory Management: Accurately track incoming and outgoing shipments. Use basic computer software to maintain digital records of stock and deliveries.
- Team Leadership: Guide and manage a team of workers, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity and proper workflow.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary paperwork, including loading/unloading logs, delivery receipts, and inspection forms.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during shipping and receiving, such as damaged goods or discrepancies in inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, specifically with loading and unloading. Prior experience in an agrochemical or technical company is mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Must have a solid working knowledge of basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) for data entry and record-keeping.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with drivers and suppliers.
