We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Manager – Training to lead our training initiatives for Crop Protection Chemicals (CPC) across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This is a senior role focused on providing technical and commercial training to our field staff and large-scale farmers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the crop protection industry and a proven ability to lead and train teams.
Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on the technical and commercial aspects of CPC products for our retail store teams, supervisors, and large farmers.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery across all 55+ retail stores in the region.
- Content Creation: Develop and update training materials, including presentations and manuals, using proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strategic Execution: Align training strategies with business objectives to enhance product knowledge and sales performance across the zone.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in the sales and marketing of Crop Protection Chemicals, with 5+ years in a state-level supervisory role.
- Education: A B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture is mandatory. An M.Sc. in a related agricultural discipline or an MBA in Agribusiness is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of agronomy in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Excellent communication and team management skills. Proficiency in Telugu and English is a must; Hindi is preferred.
- Travel: Must be comfortable with extensive travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Location: Based in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
- Candidate Preference: Male.
Salary
- Salary: ₹12 Lakhs per annum CTC.
