About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Sales & Portfolio Manager – Supplier Finance to lead and grow the supplier finance business under the Corporate Lending vertical. This leadership role requires deep expertise in sales, marketing, financial institution management, and supplier financing with a strong focus on portfolio quality and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with Purchase & Supply Chain Heads at both Corporate and Plant levels.
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of 4 Regional Sales & Portfolio Managers.
- Drive business development and oversee portfolio management for supplier finance.
- Achieve sales targets, disbursements, and maintain IRR.
- Provide tailored financing solutions, including working capital loans, long-term funding for capital expansion, inventory funding, and term loans.
- Correct mismatches in asset-liability and cash flows for Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
Educational Qualification
- CA, CWA, CFA, or MBA (Marketing / Finance).
Desired Experience
- 12–17 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Banks or NBFCs.
- Prior exposure to Auto OEM / Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers will be an added advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Financing Products (Inventory Funding, Term Loans, etc.)
- Proven experience in working with financial institutions.
- Solid grasp of Balance Sheets of manufacturing entities.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business needs.
