About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Plant Head / Production Manager for our Agrochemical Formulation Unit in Saykha. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in handling end-to-end formulation operations, managing a large team, and ensuring smooth plant performance while complying with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete production operations at the formulation plant.
- Lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring productivity and process efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize unit operations for smooth functioning.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Manage production planning, inventory, and reporting using SAP.
- Collaborate with management to meet production goals and business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.E. – Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 18–20 years in Agrochemical Formulation industry (mandatory)
- Must have strong leadership and unit management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential.
Salary Package
- CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and expertise).
