Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Development Manager to join our team in Chhattisgarh. This is a key leadership role responsible for the entire lifecycle of our new products, from initial concept to market launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Ideation: Lead the product development strategy, identifying market opportunities and consumer needs to conceptualize new products.
- Project Management: Manage product development projects from ideation to launch, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform product design and positioning.
- Testing & Quality Control: Oversee the testing of new products and ensure they meet all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Go-to-Market: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, including pricing, branding, and promotional strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in product development, product management, or a related role.
- Location: Based in Chhattisgarh.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Salary
- Salary: ₹8 – 10 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
