Roles & Responsibilities
- Laboratory Operations: Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Research & Experiments: Conduct tests and experiments, meticulously following established protocols to ensure the rigor and accuracy of all research.
- Data Analysis: Record and analyze experimental data, presenting clear and concise results to senior team members.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all experiments are carried out safely by performing risk assessments and adhering to all laboratory safety protocols.
- Reporting: Research and write comprehensive reports and reviews based on experimental findings.
- Knowledge Advancement: Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific and technical developments to support ongoing research initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a laboratory or research environment.
- Strong chemistry knowledge and proven experimental skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in recording and analyzing data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting results and writing reports.
