Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in Delhi. This role is crucial for ensuring that our specialty fertilizer products and business operations fully comply with all relevant government regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs within the agricultural sector and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Compliance Management: Oversee and manage all regulatory compliance for our specialty fertilizer business. This includes preparing and submitting necessary documents to government agencies and ensuring all products meet legal requirements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all compliance-related activities, approvals, and inspections. Prepare and present reports on compliance status to management.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure the company’s operations are in line with national and local regulations.
  • Communication: Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal teams, addressing any compliance-related inquiries or issues.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with changes in agricultural and fertilizer regulations to proactively adapt our business strategy and product portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing regulatory compliance, specifically within the specialty fertilizers business.
  • Education: A graduate degree in any field is required. A degree in BSc Agriculture or BSc is highly preferred.
  • Location: Based in Delhi.

Skills

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of agricultural and farming practices.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in computer operations and MS Excel.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong numerical skills and an eye for detail.
