We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record to lead our sales team in Delhi. This is a senior role for a proactive leader who can manage a wide range of responsibilities, from direct sales and client relationships to strategic operations and cross-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong executor with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to drive team performance and ensure the smooth functioning of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Identify and build relationships with new prospects and institutional clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Manage sales operations and after-sales service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance team to address outstanding debt and resolve payment solutions with debtors.
- Draft marketing agreements in coordination with the legal team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Operational & Project Management
- Manage all sales accounting processes, including the generation of credit and debit notes, to ensure accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and factory teams to conduct regular stock tallies and maintain accurate inventory.
- Oversee new product launches, working closely with brand sales teams for successful and impactful introductions.
- Monitor existing projects, track deliverables, and communicate challenges directly to the Managing Director.
- Coordinate on new projects to ensure timely achievement of all goals.
Leadership & Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact for the Managing Director, attending meetings, making plant visits, and managing delegated tasks.
- Coordinate with external partners, including media, journalists, PR, and digital marketing agencies, to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all internal departments for seamless workflow.
- Support team-building initiatives and contribute to a positive company culture and employee morale.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
- Location: Delhi.
- Salary: ₹17 Lakhs per annum.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, proactive work style, and the ability to effectively prioritize. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
