Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and expand market presence in Rohtak.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, set clear targets, and provide ongoing support and motivation.
Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Rohtak.
