Job Summary
We are hiring Sales Officers (BSO/CSO – On Roll) for leading banking operations. The role involves new customer acquisition for Current and Savings Accounts, cross-selling of financial products, ensuring compliance, and achieving monthly sales targets. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates up to 3+ years are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Current Account & Savings Account within the branch catchment area.
- Ensure quality sourcing and build strong customer relationships.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Loans, Insurance (Life & General), and Mutual Funds.
- Generate leads through field activities, direct meetings, references, market mapping, and internet mining.
- Deliver excellent customer service with adherence to banking standards.
- Meet monthly productivity norms and defined targets.
- Strictly adhere to KYC norms and compliance requirements.
Salary Structure
- Graduate Fresher: ₹13,000
- Graduate (1 Year Exp): ₹15,000
- Graduate (3 Years Exp): ₹18,000
- Postgraduate Fresher: ₹15,000
- Postgraduate (1 Year Exp): ₹18,000
- Postgraduate (3 Years Exp): ₹20,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years.
- Age: 21–35 years.
