We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Executive to lead our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives in Panoli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance, promote a culture of safety, and protect our employees and the environment. This is a critical role for an experienced EHS professional with a strong background in the industrial sector.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Program Management: Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with local, state, and national regulations.
- Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to EHS standards. Prepare and submit all required compliance reports to regulatory bodies.
- Training & Awareness: Design and deliver EHS training sessions for employees at all levels to promote a proactive safety culture and ensure everyone is aware of best practices.
- Incident Investigation: Lead the investigation of all workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments for all operational activities and new projects, recommending controls to mitigate identified risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and train a diverse workforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to conduct thorough incident investigations and risk assessments.
- A relevant degree or certification in Environmental Management, Safety, or a related field.
