About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Insurance Manager to manage and oversee our large, diversified corporate insurance portfolio. The role requires a professional with deep expertise in handling multiple categories of insurance, risk assessment, and policy management.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end insurance operations, negotiations with insurers, claim management, and ensuring compliance with organizational risk strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s complete insurance portfolio, covering multiple lines of risk.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and administer insurance policies across all segments.
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance of insurance contracts.
- Conduct periodic reviews of insurance requirements to align with business growth.
- Act as a liaison with insurance providers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle claim settlement processes efficiently and minimize financial exposure.
- Develop strategies for risk management and cost optimization.

- Public Liability Insurance Policy
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Insurance, or Risk Management (preferred).
- Experience: 12–20 years of proven experience in handling core insurance functions.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of insurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional insurance requirements.
