Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Vet Expert to join our team, specializing in sales and customer acquisition for large dairy farmers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the cattle feed industry and a strong ability to advise, engage, and build relationships with dairy farmers.
This role involves working across multiple veterinary feed retail stores in Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, or Punjab, with the primary goal of understanding customer needs, improving satisfaction, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Candidates with a background in cattle feed, dairy farming, and financial planning will have a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Align with organizational strategies to achieve business plans and sales targets.
- Identify, engage, and manage high-value customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and customer account goals.
- Ensure all operations and processes comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance and support.
- Handle customer complaints and offer technical advice and solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 4-5 years in sales or marketing within the cattle feed industry.
- Preferred Experience: Farmer engagement, advisory services, or dealer-based sales experience.
Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of cattle feed and dairy industry trends.
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Strong numerical, commercial, and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
